Free EduCare training
We believe flexible and comprehensive training is invaluable in supporting practitioners to deliver quality services.
Our special partnership with EduCare, the award-winning CPD-training provider, gives Alliance members FREE access to valuable, distance-learning courses every year.
And it's not just individual members — if you're a member of the Alliance, you'll get free access to EduCare for your WHOLE TEAM including childcare workers and assistants, pre-school leaders, nursery assistants and cooks.
Important changes to your training with EduCare
EduCare is currently working on a new and improved platform for Alliance learners, to be launched at the end of April 2018. Access to the current system will no longer be available.
The new learning environment will be even more accessible, secure and engaging for Alliance users.
But before you can enjoy the new learning platform, it is important you take action on some important things before Friday 27 April to ensure you and your team’s training evidence isn’t lost.
Make sure you:
1. Complete any courses that are currently ‘in-progress’
2. Download individual personalised certificates for all your learners as proof of completion
3. Run learner status reports so vital training evidence is not lost.
If you and your team have taken advantage of discounted courses offered by EduCare from the online shop, please also complete the purchased courses before Friday, 27 April.
This evidence will not automatically be carried over to the new platform.
If you are the main contact for Alliance membership, you will become the administrator for your setting on the new EduCare learning platform and will be sent further information that will let you know what you need to do before that date.
- If you are an Alliance member and registered with EduCare then log in here using your username and password.
- If your setting is an Alliance member but has not yet registered with EduCare to receive your free training, you do not need to do anything. You will be automatically set up with an account on the new system and an enrolment email will be sent to the main member email address.
Alliance members receive FREE access to the following courses:
