Client Testimonials

'We came to the Pre-school Learning Alliance Payroll Services in urgent need of professional support to assist with the administration and operation of our payroll, pension and PAYE.  The response was amazing, so understanding, so ready to help and just got on with doing their best for us. Every step of the way processes were explained and no question was minor.  Caroline, our payroll administrator is a consummate professional, in all her dealings with us and on behalf of our preschool.  Her attendance to detail and prompt reply have really helped us to improve the way we manage our setting.  For us the value of the Pre-school Learning Alliance Payroll Services are beyond question.'

'We have used this Payroll Service for the past four years and have found them to be extremely efficient and helpful. Any questions or queries have been quickly responded to and resolved. 'Whenever I have needed advice or support regarding payroll Caroline from the Pre-school Learning Alliance helped me efficiently and promptly.'

'Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Pre-school Learning Alliance payroll services are extremely efficient. Most months I had changes to the payroll for my company and this was never too much trouble for the Alliance. The payroll was always returned on time with all the documents and information regarding the HMRC submission.  Caroline was very proactive at sharing new updates such as pensions and changes to living wage increases etc.  I would recommend this payroll services to any company needing external support and expertise.'

'Thank you for providing such a great service for our Pre-school. You have been so helpful when I have needed help with adding new staff members to the payroll system and you gave me a lot of help with the pension enrollment. If ever I have needed support as regards payroll you have been quick to reply to my emails and calls.'

'Great, professional service.  The experience and assistance provided is invaluable to our small charity run business.'

'Caroline has been our Payroll Service Administrator for a number of years. Her accuracy and dealings with our payroll and year end procedures are efficient in every way. She provides a reliable service and is always on hand to help and answer any questions. I would highly recommend this service anyone.'

'Our payroll is completed every month in both a professional and friendly approach.  Queries are dealt with efficiently.  It is a comfort to have someone so knowledgeable to turn to in the 3 years in which I undertook my voluntary role as treasurer'

'We have recently outsourced our payroll processing to Cambridgeshire Alliance Payroll Service.  As payroll novices ourselves, we were extremely appreciative of the advice and support received.  Trying to navigate through the realms of payroll, NICS, holiday pay and PAYE by ourselves proved to be a real mindfield. We couldn't have done it without Caroline's help.  Thank you.'
