Salary: £28,603 - £32,932 p.a. plus £2,570 London Weighting and £500 Essential Car User
Covering inner and outer London
The appointed applicants will manage and direct several staff within defined geographical areas. Also lead on development, marketing and delivery of the initiatives, policies and practice of the Alliance. There will be a requirement to represent and support service areas in discussions with potential funders and secure sources of funding for all areas of activity.
Proven experience of effective management and coordination of staff, settings targets, conducting appraisals and managing performance are essential. Postholders will also need experience of marketing products and services successfully, securing funding contracts, operational planning, budget setting management and reporting.
