Formal recognition
In 2007, Ofsted inspected our training programme and acknowledged us as 'one of the best training providers in England'. They also recognised the high level of individual support for learners. The report highlighted that ‘Alliance training is outstanding at meeting the needs of learners.’ Our other strengths include high success rates, teaching activities which link theory to practice and good strategic, operational leadership.
Successful partnership working
Successful partnerships with local authorities, training agencies and early years commissioners ensure that we are well placed to deliver effective programmes at local level. We regularly tailor courses to meet the needs of particular client groups and manage a broad range of training contracts throughout the country.
Inclusive practice
Professional development courses focusing on inclusive practice support as well as a comprehensive range of resources support early years colleagues in this area. As an approved training provider for the Early Support Programme, we are committed to family-focused services for young disabled children and their families.
