Customers using the members' price must quote their membership number.
(This includes members of SPPA, Early Years, IPPA and Wales PPA.)

Ordering by post/fax

Make cheques or POs payable to:

Pre-school Learning Alliance (MH) and allow 14 days for delivery. If an invoice is required, the order will only be processed once payment is received.

Ownership of goods shall not pass to the buyer until full payment has been received.

Prices include 17.5% where relevant.

In the case of any change in VAT prices may be adjusted.

Order value

Overseas customers, including EIRE, fax, phone or post your order. Postage or courier changes will be confirmed according to size of order and type of dispatch. Payment must be in STERLING in advance of dispatch.

Refund Policy

Short deliveries or damaged items must be reported within three days of receipt of order by telephone or letter.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of the Alliance publications you purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 10 working days and we will provide a full refund. If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the postage costs. To make a return please send back the item securely wrapped, along with the original delivery note and a letter stating the reason for the return. Please send the package to the following address:
