The Alliance supports the removal of barriers that prevent disabled children from being fully supported and included in society. We regard the Early Support programme as a key factor in achieving this by moving towards a more informed and unified support network for young disabled children and their families.

Early Support training

The Alliance is an approved training provider for the Early Support Programme. We have a highly qualified and experienced training team who are able to offer the following Early Support courses:

Quality assuring our training

In 2003 the Adult Learning Inspectorate named the Alliance as “one of the best training providers in the country”.

We have over forty years experience of offering training and guidance to early years settings and parents. We operate across England and work in partnership with national government, local authorities, Sure Start services and health and social care providers to ensure that our training and services for disabled children and their families is of the highest quality and responsive to individuals’ needs.

The Alliance uses the RaRPA system to ensure that all the training we provide is effective. RaRPA provides a systematic approach to ensure that the learner is at the centre of learning and the learner’s goals are recognised and considered. As such, RaRPA offers two interlinked processes: it provides learners with a system to recognise and record their learning and provides a framework to ensure the quality of all provision against national standards.

For more information about any of the above courses please contact Nicky Gibson - either via email or on 0207 697 2557.
