The Pre-school Learning Alliance will use your personal information for a number of purposes including the following:

• to contact you for reasons related to the service you have signed up for (e.g. we will use your postal address so that we can deliver a publication you have ordered)
• to contact you about a submission you have made to the website
• to personalise the way information is presented to you on the website (e.g. we may highlight locally-relevant information to you based on your address)

• in relation to the functioning of any service you have signed up for in order to ensure that we can deliver the services to you
• where you have opted to receive further correspondence

Will you share my personal information with anyone else?

No, although we sometimes use third parties to process your information on our behalf (e.g. a mailing house). When we do this, we require them to comply strictly with our instructions and not to use your personal information for their own business purposes.

The only exception to this, is where disclosure is required by law (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies).

Offensive or inappropriate content on our website

If you post or send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content anywhere on or to our website, or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on it, we may use your personal information to stop such behaviour.
