"I am delighted to be invited to open Glebefields Tipton Neighbourhood Nursery. It will provide a much needed facility for parents in the Sandwell area. The new nursery will be an asset to the community."
Glebefields Tipton Nursery offers 36 full daycare places five days a week and provides a home from home for children between six weeks old and school age.
Michelle Ford, Nursery Centre Manager said:
"It's great to be able to officially open our nursery at Tipton. Working in partnership with Sure Start and other local bodies, we have managed to create a wonderful nursery for parents and children. The nursery has already been well received by families in the area and I hope this will become a well used facility."
Margaret Jones, Regional Executive Officer in Midlands Region Pre-school Learning Alliance commented:
"I am so pleased that families in Tipton will have the opportunity to use a first class facility, where parents and children are welcomed into a friendly, safe and caring environment.
