Can the Alliance give me any guidance on setting up a baby and toddler group?

It can be difficult to know where to start when setting up a baby and toddler group from scratch so the Pre-school Learning Alliance has drawn up a leaflet entitled Quick Guide to Baby and Toddler Groups.
