Does the Alliance have a model constitution that my setting can adopt?

The Alliance produces a model pre-school constitution for charitable settings to adopt. The Alliance's constitution is for use solely by settings who are members of the Pre-school Learning Alliance. Members can download the Pre-school Learning Alliance Model Pre-school Constitution 2008.

The Alliance also produces a publication entitled Managing a Charitably Constituted Setting.  You can order this publication from either our online Shop or by telephoning our order line 0870 603 0062.  Managing a Charitably Constituted Setting costs £9.55 to members and £11.95 to non-members.
