AGM 2006

Pre-school Learning Alliance AGM, Conference and Exhibition

Novotel, Hammersmith, London 23rd June 2006

What about me?

Putting children at the heart of early years policy and practice.

This year's conference was a huge success, with over 600 delegates enjoying an informative and entertaining day.

The conference focused on ensuring children are placed at the heart of the early years policy making. Keynote speakers included Keith Brumfitt, Director of Research and Development at the Children's Workforce Development Council and Ruth Pimental, National Director of the Foundation Stage in the Primary Strategy team at DfES, along with a specially-recorded message from Alan Johnson, Secretary of State for Education.

The afternoon seminars proved to be very popular this year, with many being filled to capacity.

For those of you who may have missed any particular sessions, further information is available to download below.
