We are the largest organisation delivering services which directly contribute towards the care and well-being of very young children and their families in England.
Volunteer-led, we belong to our members and represent their interests in everything we do.
There are no rigid structures. People move easily from one role — parent helper, student, nursery manager, childcare worker, fundraiser, committee member — to another.
